UK regulation
What is baseline, and what is not.
- CDM 2015
- Duty holder records, the construction phase plan, RAMS, permits and the health and safety file are handled as baseline rather than as an add-on. There is a guide and a 22-duty checklist.
- RIDDOR
- Incidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences are recorded and evidenced, with the reporting window flagged and an HSE-aligned PDF on demand.
- CIS
- The job runs through to the application for payment, and the deduction and the monthly return are made in your accounts package. See the CIS guide.
- VAT
- VAT treatments on the invoices and applications Unibuild raises include the domestic reverse charge. It does not apply a VAT treatment to a subcontractor's inbound invoice: that is captured as a record against the order, and the VAT position is applied where it is filed. A product capability, separate from the company's own VAT status above.
- LOLER, PUWER, COSHH
- Inspection, calibration and register records with expiry tracking and reminders.
