Which UK construction management software has AI built in?
Unibuild does, in sixteen of its thirty-plus modules. What does Unibuild use AI for?
For the administrative work that sits on top of a contracting business. Is the AI an extra cost?
No. There is no AI tier and no per-user AI charge. Unibuild is one flat monthly fee for the firm with unlimited users, fixed for three years, and anything built for you after go live is inside it.
Who approves what the AI produces?
Your people do. Everything it produces is a draft that a named person reviews, edits and approves, and the record keeps who approved it and when. Safety critical documents are drafted for approval and signed off by your competent person, which is how the regulations expect them to be produced. The duty stays with the employer, as it does with every record in the platform.
Can the AI be switched off?
Yes. Say so at implementation and it is turned off rather than argued about. Every third party your data can pass through, including the AI provider, is listed on integrations, with what is excluded and redacted before anything is sent.
Do we have to upload anything to it?
No. It works inside the modules people already use, on records that are already in the system. That is the point of putting it in a platform that holds the whole business: there is nothing to upload and nothing to keep in step.
