In-person visit · UK wide

We'll come to you.

Some things are easier settled across a desk than over a call. Give us the address and we will bring the demo to your office, at a time that suits the people who need to be in the room.

Visit request 24 August 2026

Tell us where to come.
We do the travelling.

Three minutes to fill in. We ring you to agree a day before anyone sets off.

On the day

What actually happens
when we turn up.

01

We come to you

One of us travels to your office. There is nothing to set up at your end. We bring a laptop and work off it, or your meeting room television if there is one going spare.

02

We ask about your job before we show you ours

The first half hour is questions. How the hours come off site on a Friday, who chases the RAMS, what happens when a piece of plant moves between jobs, where the payment applications actually get stuck. Understanding that first is what stops the rest of the visit being a tour of things you do not need.

03

Then we show you the system against it

Live, on the real thing, using your way of working as the example rather than a made-up firm. Bring whoever will have to live with it. The office and the site both, if you can get them in one room, because they rarely want the same things and it is better to hear that on the day.

04

You get it in writing afterwards

A written summary of what we discussed and a figure for your firm, within one working day of the visit. Nothing to sign while we are with you, and no follow-up unless you ask for one.

Where we travel, and what it costs

The visit is free. There is no charge for our time or the travel, nothing to sign on the day, and no obligation attached to asking.

We cover the whole of the UK. If you are in London or the South East we can usually be with you inside a week. Further out we group visits into trips, so it may be a fortnight before we are near you. We will tell you which it is when we ring, rather than pencilling in a date we cannot keep.

If that is slower than you need, book the 30-minute online demo instead. It covers the same ground, and we can still come out afterwards if it is worth doing.
