We migrate your active projects, worker records, and essential data during setup (included free). Your data is stored securely in UK data centres with ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance. No! Workers just need their smartphones (iOS or Android). We'll post you free QR codes to print and display at your sites. If you want biometric time clocks or CSCS card readers, we can supply those, but they're optional. Most customers start with just QR codes and phones.

Yes, for SCALE plan customers. We can visit your office or sites to train your team in person. For STARTER and PROFESSIONAL plans, on-site training is available for an additional fee (£500/day). However, most customers find the video tutorials and live onboarding call sufficient.

Cloud Portal: Works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Windows, Mac, or Linux. Mobile Apps: iOS 13 or later and Android 8 or later. Tablets fully supported. The interface is responsive and works on any screen size from phone to desktop.
Very minimal. The mobile app works offline and syncs when connected. For the cloud portal, any standard broadband connection works fine (even 4G mobile hotspots). We have optimised for UK construction sites with poor connectivity. Most data syncs in the background, so slow connections don't impact usability.
Yes! Export anything to Excel, PDF, or CSV with one click. Timesheets, reports, project data, worker records, photos, documents - everything. No restrictions. Your data is YOUR data. We also provide API access (PROFESSIONAL and SCALE plans) for automated exports or custom integrations.
We maintain 99.9 per cent uptime. If there's an issue, the mobile app continues working offline and syncs when service restores. Business and Legal
You do. 100 per cent. We're just the processor. You own all data, photos, documents, and records. We can't access, use, or share your data without permission. When you export or leave, you take everything with you. This is clearly stated in our terms and data processing agreement.
