Risk assessment and method statement for one activity: the sequence of work, a five by five risk matrix, PPE, permits, rescue, and a briefing record signed against the revision.
A waste transfer note is the written information that travels with non-hazardous waste when it changes hands, signed by the person handing it over and the person taking it. This one carries every item the regulations ask for, with a season ticket option and a guidance page. It comes as an editable PDF and a Word document, free to use and reuse.

The List of Wastes code, a description, the quantity, whether it is loose or contained, the kind of container, and the waste hierarchy declaration.
The transferor and the transferee: name, address, the transferor’s SIC code, each one’s role, the permit, exemption or registration number, and both signatures.
Where and when the waste changed hands, the season ticket dates where one note covers repeat collections, and any broker or dealer.
Who keeps the note and for how long, why hazardous waste needs a consignment note instead, the carrier registration check, and where the waste went.
The List of Wastes code and a description, the quantity, loose or contained, the container, and the time and place of transfer. Then the transferor’s SIC code, both names, addresses and signatures, each party’s role with permit or registration numbers, and confirmation of the waste hierarchy duty.
Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011, regulation 35(2)The transferor and the transferee each keep the note or a copy for at least two years, and produce it within seven days when an officer asks. It can be paper or electronic.

Regulation 35(7); Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005Look up the carrier’s or broker’s registration on the public register before the first collection, and note its expiry. A registration can lapse on a carrier used for years.
The same non-hazardous waste, the same carrier, regular collections: one note can cover up to a year of transfers.
In Unibuild each load is recorded against the job with its transfer note and the carrier’s registration in date, ready for digital waste tracking. See software for demolition contractors.

On the platform these stop being sheets. The check, the person, the date, the signature and the action that followed are recorded as the work runs and retrieved by site.
