A licence per login, or a fee per firm.
Commusoft's model is built for flexibility inside a per-login meter. Contracted licences cover the core team. Seasonal staff go on monthly rolling licences, and subcontractors on daily licences billed by the days they use.
Unibuild removes the meter instead. The fee is attached to the firm, fixed for three years, and every plan carries unlimited users. Six extra operatives in March, a foreman who only approves timesheets, a subcontractor filing certificates: none of them changes the bill.
The functional split is as clear as the commercial one. Commusoft is organised around the service call: the diary, the engineer, the certificate and the invoice. Unibuild is organised around the contract. Hours arrive from a code scanned at the gate, already costed to the job. Subcontract orders, applications for payment, retention and CIS sit on the same record.
