Unibuild is bespoke construction management software for UK contractors: a platform in daily production since 2016, shaped to the way each firm already works. It was written inside Electrical & Mechanical Services (UK) Ltd and has run that business every working day since.
Anything a firm needs, Unibuild builds for it. Changes asked for after go-live are included in the monthly fee rather than charged at a day rate.

Access Coins Evo starts from the other end. It publishes out-of-the-box industry templates for project structures, cost codes, CIS and subcontractor workflows, with configurations by sector. Unibuild starts from the way your firm already runs and changes the platform to match it.
Your operatives download your app.
Your staff app is published on the App Store and Google Play under your company's own name and icon. Your operatives download your app, not ours. Each person is granted the modules they need, from the 25+ in the app.
The office portal carries your name, logo and colours. Fifty-eight document types generate on your own letterhead, and the QR clock-in posters at the gate are printed in your branding. A client app under your brand is available for firms that want one.
