Three taps each.
Camera. Done.
No app to install.
The phone you use for WhatsApp is the only thing you need. QR poster on the gate, point the camera, you are clocked in. Today's RAMS scrolls up, you sign with a finger. End of the day, you scan again, you go home. That is the whole flow.
Six flows. None of them
take more than ten seconds.
We did not build this from a desk. Foremen tested every flow on a wet Tuesday in winter gloves. If something took longer than ten seconds, we redesigned it.
Clock in
Open camera, point at QR poster on the gate, page opens. GPS confirms, photo verifies, you're in. Three seconds.
Per scan≈ 3 secSign RAMS
Today's risk assessment for your trade pulls up. Scroll, sign with a finger. Filed against you and the job. End of the form-on-clipboard era.
Each morning≈ 30 secRaise a near-miss
See something dodgy, take a photo, tap "near-miss", choose what happened. Twenty seconds. Foreman gets it before the kettle has boiled.
Per report≈ 20 secToolbox talk
Five minutes from the library, twelve signatures captured by the foreman. You see what you signed and when. CSCS card up to date alongside.
Each talk≈ 5 minSend a snag
Find a problem, take a photo, tag on the drawing, send to the right subbie. Owner set, due date set. Foreman's snag list updates.
Per snag≈ 30 secClock out
Scan the same QR poster. Hours land on payroll, on the project P&L, on the office screen. No paper. No phone call. Go home.
End of day≈ 3 secThe list of not.
This is what we replaced.
Every item below is something you used to do because the old system asked you to. None of them are things you have to do on Unibuild.
