The duties.
The evidence.
Both, in one chain.
CDM 2015 asks for competent people, cooperation and information that flows. Software cannot replace judgement — but it can stop critical documents living only in somebody's inbox. Unibuild keeps pre-construction info, welfare, coordination and the H&S file in good order so duties are visible and evidence holds up.
Six duties.
Every UK project,
every time.
The regulations ask for the same six things on every job over 30 days or 500 person-days. We mapped them to records the platform already keeps, so duty-holders can produce evidence on demand.
Pre-construction info
Drawings, surveys, hazards, welfare arrangements pinned to the project from kick-off. Principal designer can read the file before the first ground is broken.
Reg4 · 11Construction Phase Plan
Live CPP — phases, hazards, controls, RAMS by trade, welfare. Evolves with the job. Auditor reads the same version the foreman is working from.
Reg12 · 13Welfare
Toilets, washing, changing, drying, rest. Posted on the project at induction. Confirmed at audit. Schedule 2 covered without a folder being touched.
RegSchedule 2Roles & cooperation
Principal designer, principal contractor, designers, contractors. Each lane defined on the project record. Sign-off chain unfakeable.
Reg5 · 8Site induction
Operative reads, signs, filed against the project. Subbies the same. The "did everyone get inducted" question is one screen, not a guess.
Reg13 (4)H&S file
Builds itself as the job runs — drawings as-built, RAMS history, RIDDOR, surveys, plant compliance. One-click PDF at handover.
Reg12 (5)
