Who runs on it

Two businesses.
Ten years. One platform.

Unibuild is not a product looking for its first user. It has run a UK temporary site services provider every working day since 2016, and a UK construction contractor since 2023. Those two firms have very little in common operationally, which is exactly why they are worth citing together.

The two deployments

Different problems.
Same platform underneath.

If both businesses were the same kind of contractor, this would prove nothing. They are not, and each runs modules the other has never switched on. That is the argument for tailoring, made with evidence rather than adjectives.

A temporary site
services provider

Since 2016

Temporary power and site electrics, temporary water, welfare and hygiene services to construction sites. The system grew module by module for a decade, as the business hit problem after problem.

  • Tenders measured work
  • Lives on valuations
  • Stores and plant logistics
  • Never outgrew the system

A construction
contractor

Since 2023

Built with a mobile app for site teams and a portal for their clients, across roughly fifty staff. A different shape of business, on the same foundations.

  • Lives on field evidence
  • Compliance registers
  • Client transparency
  • Subcontract ledger and portal

What this proves The platform adapts, and it has already done it twice Not a claim, a track record
Why they are not named here

We will not publish a client's
name before they agree to it.

Both businesses are real, both are in the United Kingdom, and both are running Unibuild in production today. Neither is named on this page, and no figures that would reveal the size of their operation are quoted, because we have not yet asked for and received written permission to do so.

That permission covers more than a logo. It means agreeing which numbers may be published, whether any individual may be quoted by name and job title, confirming that none of their own clients could be identified in a screenshot, and deciding whether commercially sensitive areas such as estimating and job costing may be shown at all.

Until that is settled, the anonymised description is what you get. It loses very little. A platform that has run a temporary site services business every working day since 2016 is the substance of the claim, and the name would not make it truer.

What you can do instead

Ask us in the demo. We can talk through how each deployment uses a given module, where the two diverge and why, and what that implies for the way you work. That conversation is more useful than a testimonial, and it is available now rather than when a permissions process concludes.

What we will not say

You will not find the phrase "our customers find that" anywhere on this site. Unibuild Technologies is bringing this platform to market, and claiming a customer base it does not yet have would be both untrue and unnecessary. The two deployments are the evidence, and they are strong enough on their own.

Being early

What an early client
actually gets.

This cuts both ways and it is worth being straight about both directions.

The honest trade

More influence than you
would get from a supplier
with a thousand clients.

Influence on the roadmap

What you need next is weighed against a short queue, not a long one.

Attention at implementation

Configuration and extension around your processes, not a self-serve onboarding email.

Mature software, young company

The platform is a decade old. The company bringing it to market is not.

Fewer peers to compare with

You will not find a dozen firms like yours already running it. That is the trade.

Straight answers on gaps

Payroll export, CIS and full profit reporting are not there. We say so before you buy.
